Position Summary:
The Member Care Specialist provides personalized service to members, advising on company products and services to meet financial goals. This role involves assisting members through various channels to attract, deepen, and retain relationships, focusing on a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
