THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused C.N.A to join our team Skilled Nursing Team. The Nurse's Aide assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.

  Here are the descriptive of the job functions: 

Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed.
Answers signal lights promptly.
Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
Maintains safe and sanitary workstations and equipment.
Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs and rehabilitation.
Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • Valid C.N.A license in the state of CA. 
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic, and ability to document care given.
  • High School Degree/GED required
  • CPR/AED & First aid certification
