We are looking for a Bow technician that is a hands-on expert who takes pride in the fine-tuning of a high-performance bow and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you. • Curate the Experience: Maintain a pristine, professional workspace and keep the shelves stocked, ensuring our archery department is always "game-day" ready.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

• Physical Capability: You are comfortably able to pull a 75lb draw weight, ensuring you can effectively test, demonstrate, and service high-performance hunting setups for our customers. 
• Technical Specialist: You have hands-on experience "wrenching" on bows, with a proven ability to install accessories, timing cams, and performing precision tuning.
• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

*Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. 

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Average of 40-42 hours per week.
• The Shift: Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and a set day off each week.
• Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate.
