The Bow Technician is responsible for setting up, tuning, and repairing archery equipment while providing expert guidance to customers. They also maintain a professional workspace and ensure the archery department is fully stocked and ready for service.
Qualifications
You have hands-on technical skills to set up, tune, and repair bows, with experience installing accessories, timing cams, and performing precision tuning. You are comfortable pulling a 75lb draw weight and can effectively test and service high-performance hunting setups. A high school diploma and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred.
