Schedule: Full-Time: Days, 12-hour shift

You, our Ideal Candidate
The Welcome Center Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the hospitality element for guests and residents is at the highest level for the campus. In addition, this role provides administrative support to the Executive Director of the campus; performing routine and specialized administrative duties. This position implements policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment is welcoming and hospitable for residents, associates, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Handles all general administrative duties for Executive Director
- Creates and coordinates daily departmental working schedule and serves as departmental timekeeper
- Must demonstrate knowledge for the basic operation of all areas of Welcome Center, and when called upon, staff the Welcome Center desk when the schedule dictates
- Maintain departmental meeting room requirements on electronic system, manages campus communication technology ( i.e., Alice, 1852, etc.)
- Organize semi-annual resident surveys by locations to be entered into computer as they are received; input information into survey grid. Compile a separate list of all comments submitted by residents/POAS for Executive Director
- Other duties, as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation
- Microsoft Office proficiency
