Partnering closely with our sales team and architectural collaborators, you will simplify complex product offerings and create solutions that align with our mission: Workplaces in harmony, delivered in sync.

What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative design concepts informed by client needs, aesthetic preferences, and workplace trends.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and industry partners to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
• Manage projects through all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, and material/furniture specification.
• Provide expertise in aligning workplace design with client cultures, branding, and productivity goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners to simplify the intricacies of workplace design and product selection.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in commercial interior design is preferred.
