The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Corporate Finance team. You will be aiding in the mechanics of scaling a SaaS business, by working in and improving upon the enterprise cash applications process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the accounting team with cash application activity
• Evaluate the process to ensure timely collections from our customer base
• Identify and recommend specific areas for process improvement and automation
• Review potential for leveraging AI to support business process scalability
• Participating in the reconciliation of Customer Accounts
• Customer outreach on accounts receivable balances

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization)
• Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with AI solutioning via tools such as Gemini, Claude
• Desire to learn about the SaaS business model and recurring revenue mechanics.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
