Capitol Subaru is looking for sales consultants to join their team!  This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person!

We are seeking sales consultants to join our sales staff that will make a commitment to our 90+ year record of outstanding customer service.  We need individuals that have the qualities of dedication, hard work, and the willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. We have four locations that you can sell from!

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Sales experience – automotive preferred
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior
  • The ability to verbalize all basic features and benefits of all vehicle models
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge
  • Participate in manufacturers and the dealership’s training programs
  • A valid driver’s license is required

  • 10-foot rule – Escort customers rather than pointing out directions to another part of the dealership and do a proper introduction.
  • User proper telephone etiquette and use social media appropriately.
  • Take pride and care of your personal appearance.
