  Are you looking for a company that you can call home and have opportunities to grow?  The Office Manager will coordinate administration duties and office procedures to align an efficient, safe, and productive office environment.  We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring that all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized.   Responsibilities:
  • Performing sterilization procedures on equipment and instruments.
  • Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
  • Preparing and packaging instruments for sterilization.
  • Monitoring and documenting sterilization processes.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the operating room.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No Prior Sterilization Experience Needed 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a sterile processing environment preferred but not necessary. We can provide training.
  • Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment preferred but not necessary.  
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, day shift
  • Must be local and able to commute daily.

Special Requirements:
  • Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
  • Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods of time.
