Facilitate communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain.
Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
Track and fix shipping errors.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Administrative experience.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate spreadsheets in Excel.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, problem solve, work well in a fast pace environment.
Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and able to fulfil obligations.
Must be a self-starter and have to the ability to work with little to no supervision.
Must be professional at all times, even in high stress situations.
