The Nursing Assistant provides direct physical care and performs basic nursing procedures in collaboration with registered nurses across various hospital units. They are responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and maintaining trusting relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications
You have completed a State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program and are listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry. You also possess BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire, and ideally have at least one year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant.
