This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll work directly with customers to guide them through the buying process while delivering a high-quality experience from first conversation to final sale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner 
  • Build strong relationships by delivering a customer-first experience 
  • Assist customers across departments when needed (sales, service, and parts) 
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and showroom 

Sales Activity & Support

  • Manage customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and online 
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customer interactions 
  • Support the sales process from initial inquiry through completion 
  • Accurately enter customer and sales information into dealership systems 

Team Contribution

  • Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations 
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience 
  • Take initiative and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment 

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude 
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems 
  • Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented 
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Interest in boating or the marine industry is a plus
