Wage Range: $20.34 - $26.92 per hour

Location: Decorah, IA

Type: Full Time

Schedule: Four 10 - hour days 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday

• The posted range is inclusive of an additional 10% shift premium for working on 2nd shift.
• Overtime is scheduled as needed.

A day in the life of a Painter at Gemini includes: 

• Preparing the product by taping certain areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
• Mixes appropriate quantity and quality of paint for the order.
• Painter sprays products as required by customer order.
• This role sits in a metal foundry. Due to the nature of a foundry, working conditions require the use of proper PPE as well as the ability to physically load and unload materials.
• Reporting to Plant Manager
