Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Addiction Medicine - Full-Time (W2)

Ideal Option PLLC

Location: Fayetteville, AR

Compensation: $62-$68/hr

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (W-2)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Fayetteville clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct new and established patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders, including opioids, alcohol, stimulants, and sedatives
  • Initiate and manage patients on buprenorphine and other maintenance medications for substance use disorders
  • Administer long-acting injectable medications (buprenorphine, naltrexone)
  • Monitor response to treatment, adjust medications, and review lab results
  • Collaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams
  • Document appropriately in our EMR (eCW)
  • Deliver care both in-person and via telemedicine
