In this role, you will serve as a key link between Behr’s national retail customers and internal supply chain partners, supporting demand planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You’ll manage sales history and item/location forecasts, analyze trends, refine forecasting methods, and present insights to senior leaders. With a continuous improvement approach, you’ll help improve forecast accuracy, lead projects, track KPIs, and play an active role in shaping how we plan, collaborate, and grow.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 1+ year or equivalent related experience may be considered in place of a BA in Business or Operations/Supply Chain.
• A natural problem solver who loves working with data, uncovering insights, and using numbers to drive smarter business decisions.
• A strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys building relationships with internal partners and external retail customers alike.
• Excel‑savvy and tech‑curious, comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and presentations - and excited to learn and grow your skills in tools like SAP.
• Detail‑oriented and able to balance day‑to‑day data accuracy while supplying to long‑term demand and forecasting strategies.
• A proactive team player who brings a positive attitude, focuses on continuous improvement, and is motivated to grow professionally (including pursuing CPF certification!).
