Enter and maintain agent and dealership information in company systems with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
Review and process requests submitted by Sales and internal teams, identifying missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation and proactively following up as needed
Process agent commission updates and adjustments in accordance with approved requests, established guidelines, and compliance requirements
Ensure all agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to processing
Organize, maintain, and update records, files, and documentation in alignment with company policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls
Perform self-audits and quality checks to identify errors, reduce risk, and maintain high accuracy standards
Prioritize and manage incoming requests to meet daily service levels and project-based deadlines
Research and resolve processing issues by reviewing system data, following documented procedures, and collaborating with team members when needed
Monitor request outcomes and basic performance metrics using departmental tools, escalating issues or trends as appropriate
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on workflows, testing changes, and supporting process enhancements
QualificationsWhat you need for success:
1-3 years experience in data entry, processing, operations, or administrative support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and process data
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a professional, collaborative demeanor
Experience with CRM, workflow, or task-tracking systems preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Basic understanding of operational processes, documentation standards, or compliance-driven environments
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, with a focus on accuracy and risk awareness
Ability to work quickly, learn new tools, systems, and procedures
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate issues
Experience working in an office setting; prior experience with loan processing, sales support or dealership operations strongly preferred
Preferred experience supporting compliance-focused procedures, including documentation review, accuracy standards, and adherence to internal policies
