Territory Sales Associate – Entry Level (Massachusetts)

We are a growing North American building materials company specializing in extruded aluminum exterior cladding products. We service customers across Canada and the United States and are focused on growth, market share, and delivering outstanding customer service.

We’re hiring a Territory Sales Associate in Boston or surrounding area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on sales experience in a new industry. Responsibilities:

• Meet customers face to face within your territory
• Call customers to discuss projects and purchase orders
• Prepare material estimates and deliver samples
• Train new customers on product use
• Build demand with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
   
  Qualifications:
• No sales experience required
• Positive, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Business or university degree required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Valid work authorization
   
  Compensation & Benefits:
• $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• First-year On Target Earnings: $65,000–$70,000
