What You’ll Do

This is a high-volume, transactional collections role focused on driving timely payments and reducing past-due balances.

• Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with overdue invoices
• Follow up consistently to secure payment commitments
• Review daily aging reports and prioritize past-due accounts
• Resolve basic billing issues and escalate complex disputes
• Document all collection activity accurately in the system
• Meet daily/weekly collection activity and performance targets

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of collections, AR, or call center experience
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and persistent)
• Basic Excel and system navigation skills
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency

Preferred

• B2B collections experience
• Experience in high-volume or shared services environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience and location
• Incentives: Eligibility for performance-based bonus tied to collections
