As an Insurance Sales Professional, you’ll play a key role in growing a local agency by connecting with new prospects and building lasting relationships within your community. You’ll use your sales abilities and developing insurance knowledge to help customers understand the importance of coverage, offering trusted guidance and solutions that protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients

  • Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources

  • Recommend coverage options tailored to each customer’s needs

  • Support your community by helping individuals and families prepare for life’s uncertainties

  • Educate clients on protecting their assets and loved ones

  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in a sales-focused career (previous sales experience is a plus)

  • No prior insurance experience required—we’ll train you

  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (if not already licensed)

  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
