What You’ll Do: Empower Recovery: Craft individualized treatment plans within 72 hours, helping clients map out their journey toward long-term stability. Lead with Impact: Facilitate dynamic group sessions and provide one-on-one counseling that meets clients exactly where they are. Bridge the Gap: Complete vital risk assessments and 24-hour youth callbacks to ensure no one falls through the cracks. Collaborate & Support: Work alongside the CSU Director and case managers to provide a seamless continuum of mental health care. You excel at building professional boundaries while maintaining deeply authentic, high-integrity relationships.   QualificationsRequirements Provisional License as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (PLADC), or License as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC).
