You’ll manage the essential clinical and administrative threads—from life-saving medication administration to critical lab tracking—ensuring our clients feel seen, supported, and safe. The Impact You’ll Make Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of clinical expertise and client advocacy: Clinical Coordination: Triage client calls, assess urgency, and provide crisis intervention when it’s needed most. Medication Mastery: Administer long-acting injectables (LAI), manage prescription refills, and navigate the prior authorization process to ensure clients get their medication without delay. Program Support: Play a key role in our prescription management programs by tracking vital labs, urinalysis, and GeneSight testing results. Client Advocacy: Help clients navigate medication assistance programs and coordinate with external partners to keep care seamless. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with providers to maintain a therapeutic environment that prioritizes recovery and continuity of care. Communication: A professional, empathetic approach when working with clients, pharmacies, and insurance providers. Preferred (But Not Required) Skills Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or substance use treatment. Familiarity with GeneSight testing.
