What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist clients with coverage questions, policy updates, and account support
- Review policies and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage
- Prepare quotes and present options across multiple carriers
- Support client retention through proactive communication and follow-up
- Deliver a positive, responsive service experience at every touchpoint
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on helping clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable learning and using agency systems and technology
- Team player who contributes to a positive office environment
