The Technical Alignment Manager is a client-facing, technically proficient role responsible for assessing, documenting, and aligning customer environments with Silotech Group’s standards, best practices, and service models. This role serves as a key relationship bridge between clients and Managed Services operations, ensuring technical environments are well understood, accurately documented, and positioned for reliable service delivery.
The Technical Alignment Manager is often the face of Silotech Group for assigned clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both end users and client leadership. While not a primary support role, the position requires light troubleshooting and a solid understanding of infrastructure to validate configurations and identify risks or gaps.
