As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed—our technology handles all measurements.

What You’ll Do

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required. 
  • Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required.
  • Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.

  • 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.
  • On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
  • Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting.
  • 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission — not a draw.

What It Takes To Succeed 

  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
  • Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
  • Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
  • Submit to a background screening.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
