The Corporate Source (TCS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities while delivering high-quality business services. In this role, you will be employed by TCS and placed on-site at a premier senior living community.

Specific Job Responsibilities (Minimum)

Direct Labor

Clean, disinfect, and maintain resident apartments, restrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
Remove trash and debris
Dust furniture and fixtures
Clean and disinfect bathrooms
Replenish supplies
Maintain safe and sanitary conditions
Follow cleaning schedules
Interact professionally with residents and staff

Administrative

Report maintenance issues
Monitor supply inventory
Follow safety procedures and PPE
Complete work within timeframes

Requirements

Demonstrate commitment to The Corporate Source mission

Must possess a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work changing shift hours and work locations, at times with limited notice
Must represent The Corporate Source in a professional and courteous manner and communicate constructively with supervisors and team
Must report to your supervisor any and all physical plant problems which may bring risk to anyone or affect operations
Must adhere to all policies and professional standards set forth by The Corporate Source, including maintaining a workplace free of harassment and discrimination
