Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m., with a rotating shift of 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

This role is based in our Contact Center and is responsible for delivering exceptional service across multiple channels, supporting Members with their inquiries, and guiding them toward products and services that help them achieve their financial goals.

After successfully completing the Introductory Period, this position becomes eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

New employees may be eligible for a hiring bonus of $500.00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and Members
  • Actively listen to the Member’s needs and recommend the best solution(s) for their situation 
  • Provide guidance and education to Members about available products and services as appropriate
  • Perform Member account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on elevating the Member experience in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one month of similar or related experience, call center or financial industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds.
