What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending the right banking solutions.
• Assist new and existing customers with opening and maintaining a full range of deposit accounts and services. 
• Provide guidance on digital banking, debit cards, IRAs, and other retail banking products. 
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals. 
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with every interaction. 
• Work collaboratively with your team to support daily operations and deliver a seamless banking experience. 

Who You Are:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with retail banking or customer service experience preferred.
• You enjoy working with people and building lasting relationships. 
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. 
• You have strong communication skills and can confidently explain products and services. 
• You’re adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and technology. 
• You’re flexible and willing to assist in different areas, including teller support and occasional Saturday hours.
