About our property:

The PBX/Phone Operator Agent is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. In addition, assist with checking guests into the front desk, luggage assistance and creating guest name badges.
This is a full-time position / overnight shift
Full and weekend availability required
Payrate: $17.75 per hour + $1 shift differential
Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
Responsible for Maintenance Service ticket input and tracking.
Be knowledgeable of all services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
Ensure guest name badges are created and organized based on the group arrivals.
Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.
Provides assistance with valet parking.

What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
