Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS - Las Vegas, NV 89113Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolJob Shift: GraveyardSUMMARY Under the direction of the Manager of Service Contracts, the Custodial Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of onsite team member performance and that all duties are completed in accordance with the contract’s scope of work. This is a working supervisor position that involves both fulfilling duties outlined in the contract and providing job coaching and oversight to team members. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, stocking shelves, dishwashing, and performing routine custodial duties such as disinfecting, scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming various surfaces and areas. Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as mandated by state law. Some travel to a variety of locations in the Las Vegas area. Must be able to meet all requirements of OV vehicle policies and travel: Between worksite locations Within the community Conduct daily team huddles to gather feedback, address questions, and communicate relevant information to custodial team members. Provide the management team with updates on team member performance. Review service and habilitation plans for all team members in supported employment roles to ensure everyone receives care in accordance with their plan. Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed, including ID notes, schedules, GERs, and PCTs. Ensure equipment is clean and in proper working conditions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Proactively identify the safety needs of all team members and promptly report any issues or concerns to department managers. Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements and company policies and procedures.  Participate in Person-Centered Plan (PCP) meetings. Maintain positive working relationships with contract representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and support contract retention. Assist with manual labor associated with contract duties and responsibilities while training team members on required cleaning techniques, new methods and procedures, and the proper use and care of equipment. Track and order supplies as needed and maintain inventory of all assigned equipment and supplies. Adhere to Opportunity Village's established policies and procedures. May be assigned other duties as needed.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position oversees all assigned OV team members based on worksite location and contractual responsibilities.   QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, team members, and supervisors (verbal and written). Must posses social perceptiveness to assess and understand other's reactions and behaviors. Ability to resolve multiple complex issues simultaneously while remaining calm in stressful situations.  Utilize basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support daily operations Ability to accept and apply performance-based feedback. Ability to conduct tasks and successfully perform under critical deadlines. Knowledge of custodial operations, building maintenance, and procedures. Must encompass professional demeanor.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required: One (1) year of verifiable work experience as a supervisor in the custodial field. Required: Current CPI certification within 30 days of employment. Required: Current CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment. Required: Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements. Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities.   PHYSICAL ABILITIES The physical demands described below are representative of those a team member must meet to perform the essential functions of the job successfully.
