Temporary Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the potential to extend to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

Job Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will operate manufacturing equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure the production of high-quality prosthetic feet and components. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures
Operate various types of equipment, including meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipment
Learn and understand the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials
Handle and store materials properly to preserve quality
Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
Prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals
Accurately record data using computer applications or paper tracking systems
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience using computers for basic data entry, email, or web-based applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Manufacturing experience preferred, including safe operation of production equipment
