Job Summary:

Assists the Linen/EVS Leadership Team by planning, coordinating and guiding daily activities of the Linen Department in accordance with established policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of linen/laundry or EVS experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of previous hospital/healthcare cleaning experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge of EVS or Linen Department techniques and computer functions. Ability to follow policy and procedures. Ability to learn, understand, and instruct others in the use of linen processes and tools along with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word. Familiarity with tablet devices is helpful.
