We are actively seeking a passionate, competitive, and coachable individual to join our team as an Orthopedic Medical Device Representative (Technology Consultant) in the Pittsburgh area.

As an Arthrex Technology Consultant, you'll help fulfill Arthrex’s mission of “Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.” You’ll support procedures in the OR, provide technical expertise, and act as a trusted resource to orthopedic surgeons.

You’ll also engage in non-clinical sales development activities and contribute to the operational success of your territory. Our comprehensive training includes wet labs, anatomy, biomechanics, product design, and intraoperative problem-solving — preparing you for a long-term, successful career in medical device sales.     

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support orthopedic procedures and provide in-field technical expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, staff, and decision-makers
  • Drive territory performance through education, service, and sales activity
  • Introduce new products and cross-sell across the Arthrex portfolio
  • Attend after-hours educational events, team meetings, and industry functions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B, medical, or technical sales preferred
  • Former athletes often thrive in this competitive, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Self-starter who’s confident, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
