We are seeking a Lube Technician to help us deliver top-quality automotive maintenance and service.

Position Overview

As a Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and support our service team in keeping vehicles safe and reliable. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in automotive service.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Assist in inspecting vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to Service Advisors.
Complete work accurately and efficiently while following dealership quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines.
Support fellow technicians and service team members as needed.
Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and industry knowledge.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools, or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and good time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Clear communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 5 years).
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must meet minimum age requirements for this role.

Education & Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus.
ASE or equivalent certification is a bonus.
