Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression for our guests. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional hospitality and smooth hotel operations.

  • Greet guests and provide warm, professional customer service
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and explain hotel amenities and services
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow hotel policies
  • Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with the hotel market, including stocking, sales, and inventory as needed
  • Ensure accurate billing and guest account reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Prior hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (property management systems a plus)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
