Employment Status
Full Time (1.0), 80 hours per pay period
Benefit Status: Full Time
Benefits Include:
Hours (Must be Available to Work)
Primary hours are Monday- Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday: every other week rotation of 7:30-5:00 pm or 9:30-6:30 pm
Evenings – evenings until 8pm when needed due to planned and unplanned staff absence
Weekend Rotation: every other Saturday and Sunday 8am-3:00 pm or when last patient leaves the building. Day off during the week to offset the weekend hours is Wednesday.
Holidays: as needed
Position Objective
The Patient Access Representative is primarily responsible for serving patients’ needs by scheduling appointments for a variety of primary and specialty providers. They will also support the registration of new patients, and check in and check out patients for appointments. The person in this position must have strong computer skills, along with the ability to learn new protocols and incorporate them into the current work flow.
