What You’ll Do 

  • Be the first friendly voice families hear — answering calls and welcoming walk-in clients with care and professionalism. 
  • Listen to and assess family needs to determine eligibility, provide guidance, and connect them to the right resources. 
  • Clearly explain childcare policies, procedures, and program expectations in a way that families can easily understand. 
  • Educate new families entering the program and help them take their next steps confidently. 
  • Offer alternative solutions when families are not eligible, connecting them to other helpful community resources. 

What You Bring 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfort managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication and active listening skills
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on offering solutions
