As the face of our rewards program, you'll help create memorable experiences for guests every time they visit.

Job Description

As a Players Club Representative, you will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable ambassador to our players. You'll assist guests with Players Club memberships, share information about promotions and events, and help them enjoy all the rewards and benefits we offer. Your positive attitude and strong guest service skills will help ensure every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them sign up for Players Club memberships
• Explain rewards, promotions, benefits, and program details clearly and professionally
• Provide personalized assistance and answer guest questions
• Assist with rewards redemptions and casino information
• Resolve guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency
• Promote upcoming casino events, promotions, and special offers
• Enter and update accurate guest information in the system
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations and excellent service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or casino environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Friendly, positive, and guest-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
