Position Summary:
This position requires a strong support role for the housing administrator by performing a wide variety of duties: Coordinating and managing activities, managing annual recertifications, telephone, record-keeping, tenant and applicant correspondence, visitor control, assisting in management issues, customer service, rental information, and various duties involving close interaction with tenants, maintenance, janitorial, and the administrator.
Position Responsibilities include:
This is an on-call temporary position until October 2026: The starting salary for this position ranges from $18.76 to $21.50 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Light Work
