Touchmark at All Saints is Sioux Falls’ leading full-service retirement community-assisted living, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking a compassionate person to join our talented team as a Health Services Coordinator - Scheduler.


This person will be responsible for creating the Health Services schedule, handling any/all schedule issues for our Health Services team including but not limited to call-ins and finding replacements for shift coverage. This person will attend scheduled in-services and staff meetings and assist with recruiting new Health Services team members (i.e. Caregivers, Medication Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants).

Monday – Friday 

8:00am – 5:00pm

Rotating on call, weekends, some evening & night hours as needed.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Be able to work in a busy environment, with frequent changes and interruptions
  • Have the ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, deadlines and work under pressure
  • Have prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification or provide current certification
  • Med Aide experience not required, but encouraged
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
