Job Description
Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Compensation: $70,000- $80,000 + annual bonus
About the Role
SprintRay is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. This is a hands-on, early-career role focused on campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with senior marketing team members to launch campaigns, analyze performance, and support day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build foundational experience in growth marketing while developing strong technical and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Assist with day-to-day campaign management, including monitoring performance, pacing budgets, and making basic optimizations
Build and update landing pages, email campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot (or similar tools)
Help run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates
Track and report on campaign performance (CPC, CPA, conversion rates, etc.) with guidance from senior team members
Maintain performance reports and dashboards using Excel, HubSpot, and BI tools
Support audience segmentation and campaign execution using CRM data (Salesforce or similar)
Assist with website updates using WordPress or similar CMS tools
Help coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops and Inside Sales to support lead flow and campaign execution
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related field (internships included)
Exposure to paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in Excel and analyzing basic performance metrics
Interest in A/B testing and performance optimization
Basic familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress or similar) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
