LightCraft is the operator for GWI, which is a subsidiary of Mac Mountain.
The Community Engagement Representative is responsible for driving residential and small business customer growth for GWI by executing highly local, relationship-based sales and outreach within assigned communities. This role leads door-to-door sales, community events, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing to build awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects, while serving as a trusted ambassador for GWI’s fiber internet services. The manager builds and maintains partnerships with local businesses, property managers, and community leaders, oversees local sales activities and budgets, and tracks performance and market feedback to inform ongoing acquisition and retention strategies.
This position reports directly to the designated Sales or Marketing Leadership role at GWI and works closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
