This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.  How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support Senior Software Design Consultants in evaluating and improving complex scheduling workflows
• Partner with Software Design Consultants to optimize products and enhance patient access
• Create visuals, reports, and documentation to support service delivery and implementation
• Help design and streamline processes to accelerate software modernization initiatives

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, advanced formatting, and data analysis
• Understanding of basic coding logic
• Ability to work onsite in the Atlanta office at least once per week
• Strong interest in process improvement and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VBA scripting, are a plus

Pay & Perks:The hourly range for this role is $16–$20 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits of Working Here May Include:
