About the Job 

What we’re looking for: 

We are seeking an electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects. 

What you’ll be doing: 

This position will have multiple roles ranging from: attending project meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination, onsite technician support, project quality control, staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Superior problem solving and communication skills. 
  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly. 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.  
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management & design products (preferred but not required)
