Qualifications
You have a High School diploma or GED, and an Associate degree in a related field is preferred. You possess at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities exhibiting challenging behaviors, including experience implementing behavior plans and providing direct support. You are also MANDT certified or able to obtain certification.

Position Summary
As Behavior Technician you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by implementing behavior support plans, skill development programs, and communication strategies that promote positive behaviors, independence, and successful participation in work and community environments. You will be responsible for direct observation, data collection, implementation of behavioral interventions, and staff coaching to ensure consistency and quality across MVLE programs.
