RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate service revenue
Schedule and track timely repairs for rental and customer equipment
Coordinate work schedules and maintain proper accounting of service technician productivity
Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
Give clear concise direction w/expectations
Enforce a clean and orderly work environment in the shop and yard
Promote and enforce company policies
Promote teamwork between departments and throughout the organization
Efficient and responsible use of email and management system
Maintain an organized electronic filing system
Proficiency with OEM information systems
Has a good understanding of product maintenance requirements and typical repairs

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experience
Effective communication skills – both written and oral
Good conflict resolution skills
An understanding of business management
