Job Description

Overview

Park Dental Silver Lake is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a  Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 Per Hour

Responsibilities

Preferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team player Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday- 6:30am-2:15pm

Tuesday- 1:30pm-8:15pm

Wednsday- 6:30am-2:15pm

Thursday- 6:30am-2:15pm

Friday- 6:30am-2:15pm/6:30-4:15pm 

Saturday 7:00am-2:20pm 9 x per year
