The Donor Partnerships Manager I plays a key role on FamilyForward’s Development team, supporting donor engagement, stewardship, events, and volunteer activities. This position is perfect for someone passionate about mission-driven work, building relationships, and growing a career in nonprofit fundraising. The Donor Partnerships Manager I will help manage a small portfolio of donors, contribute to fundraising campaigns and events, and provide meaningful support to the broader development operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to learn about the art and science of fundraising from a collaborative, experienced team.

Working Conditions
This position requires sustained periods of work on the computer, including writing/typing. This position requires frequent and prolonged communication with others, in-person and via telephone/virtual conferencing. The employee will be asked to move around rooms or within a space. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, or greater with assistance. The employee must have transportation to all Agency sites, including external locations where events are held. This position occasionally requires evening and/or weekend work.
