CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Call Center Representative at our Yardley, PA location. This position also requires traveling to our Bristol, PA office.

Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.*

Responsibilities

  • Receives, places, and transfers telephone calls using appropriate phone etiquette
  • Records and communicates all messages in an accurate, concise, and timely manner, using appropriate medical terminology and abbreviations, and appropriate EMR workflows for "phone notes".
  • Routes emergency calls appropriately.
  • Pages individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging and interoffice communication equipment.
  • Maintains an accurate listing of physician phone numbers, fax numbers, and addresses.
  • Performs clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail when required.
  • Ability to make appointments in GPMS

Requirements

  • Must have experience in a medical office setting, preferably in Cardiology
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Computer knowledge is a must
  • Experience with an EMR system is a plus
  • Must be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoing

*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
