This is a 3 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.


Shift/Hours

Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week


Responsibilities

 Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and standardize electronic HR documents in accordance with defined naming conventions and formatting standards

• Centralize documents into designated secure folders or repositories

• Prepare documents for upload into the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Validate document types, versions, and required metadata prior to upload

• Track progress and flag issues such as duplicates, missing information, or quality concerns

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data handling and record retention guidelines

• Provide support on other HR Operations or HRIS projects as assigned (e.g., data cleanup, audits, documentation support)


Minimum Qualifications

Qualification

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Comfort working with electronic documents, file management, and standard formats (e.g., PDFs, Word, Excel)

• Ability to follow defined processes and apply standards consistently

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Professional discretion when handling sensitive employee information

• Strong communication skills and comfort asking questions when clarification is needed

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or data‑focused role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to clean, manipulate, and reconcile data across multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy

• Experience supporting document management, data entry, auditing, or records administration

• Exposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms) is a plus but not required

• Preference for candidates located in EST/CST time zone
