The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Med Surg position is a critical role within the healthcare team, focused on providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit during daytime hours. The primary objective is to support patient recovery and well-being by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong clinical skills, and the ability to respond promptly to changes in patient conditions. The LVN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively.
