Job Description
About the Role: The Behavioral Health Clinician, Field-Based plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services directly within community settings across the Greater Richmond Metropolitan Area. This position focuses on providing assessment, counseling, and intervention to individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, aiming to improve their overall well-being and functioning. The role enhances the Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program and focuses on engaging more clients in addiction treatment. To that end, the clinician will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. By engaging clients in their natural environments, the clinician helps to reduce barriers to care and promotes sustained recovery and resilience. Ultimately, this role contributes to enhancing access to quality behavioral health care and supporting positive outcomes for diverse populations.
